#23forHope Challenge

OCRA's 23 for hope challenge, raise awareness, support and hope for those with ovarian cancer. 23 minutes, 23 dollars, 23 friends. ocrahope.org/23for hope #23forhope

Every 23 minutes, a woman is diagnosed with ovarian cancer in the United States.

We need your help in raising awareness of this disease, and in raising critical funds for lifesaving research.

Join us in the ‘23 for Hope’ Challenge: do 23 minutes of fitness (whatever you choose!), pledge $23 in support, and then challenge 23 of your friends and family on social media to do the same.

It’s really that simple. (Check out the toolkit below to make it even easier!)

Not able to participate in the challenge, but want to bring us closer to an ovarian cancer cure? Skip the steps, and make your donation now!
